Catchup.. Catching Up

So I havent posted for a while. Probably because I was on a pain free scale for a bit now I am circling the drain on painville. UGH Its Mighty Morphine Flare Time.. Sucks to be my I guess. I think i misspelled my  name several times this week. I cant focus the only reason I am focusing enough to type this post is because Ive been sitting here thinking of things I need to catch up on.. I am suppose to be applying for my masters classes well yea about that cant focus enough to scan my ID and SS Card lol will I be ready for class.. dun da dun things we will find out later on in the week. or the  next post. The rash in my scalp and on my back has me pretty much occupied for now.

Healthy Journey

So, as I am reading lifestyle changes are also great for lupus I am thinking and the holy spirit is leading me to cut meat out of my diet. I really do feel better when ive started more fruits and veggies, raw nuts and salad. Mostly not to lose weight because I love the way prednisone is putting weight on me where I have had years of muscle atrophy in my legs and arms they are now more heavier and defined. So I want to take this opportunity for a gym membership! Hoorah!

Now to sharpen my memory that will be a journey..

My name is Emara. I prefer Emmy its easier on the lips lol.. I'm 29 almost into the 30 club.. :-) almost didn't make it here...whew! I'm a mom of 3 and engaged to the love of my life Gary... The future Mrs Lewis!! (insert cartwheels) 7 months diagnosed with lupus though I may have had it since I was a child I've always been.in pain some mornings I've woken up not able to move legs.hands fingers you know useless things.. Lol let's not go there with the back pain menstrual clotting and painful periods!  constant bouts of bronchitis headaches, alopecia, chest pain anxiety... I could go on but I'm not I suffered 35 days with a pleural effusion remind me to get my money back they are painful as heck!  after a dicordication of my left lung and a thoracotomy I.some how... Correction God ordered my steps in healing without.him I would've perished I feel unlucky but I.think I'm more than lucky :-)..

It's a journey and I'm learning as I go I.finally gave in to prednisone I've gained weight so far in my hips thighs and books..werk! Lol

I'm down somedays with out Gary and the kids I would stay down. But in any event happy go lucky is me and she is I.
